Four Barrel Quad was brewed exclusively by Samuel Adams to benefit Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE). Full of complex flavors, this limited-edition Belgian Style Quad has spicy peppery notes imparted by the Belgian yeast and a lingering sweetness from the malt. Once brewed, the beer then spent months aging in the finest Kentucky bourbon barrels to impart a charred-oak and vanilla character. Raise a glass and enjoy this beer by Summer 2013.
