BEER STEAMED LOBSTER TAILS with BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE
2 lobster tails (thawed & split)
8 oz beer (your choice, I used Pale Ale)
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 tsp galic powder
1 shake of oregano
1) Bring the beer to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2) Place lobster tails in a steamer basket on top of the saucepan.
3) Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
4) Melt butter with galic powder and oregano.
