6 oz beer (Lager of your choice)
2 cups bisquick
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375.
2) Mix beer, bisquick and butter until just blended. (over mixing results in tough biscuits).
3) Fold in cheese.
4) Drop dough on to a greased cookie sheet, (2 lg. spoonfuls per biscuit).
6) Bake for 12-15 min.
