The pour was a cloudy medium orange with an average (1-2 finger) white frothy head that steadily receded, down to a thin scattered film with a small collar and fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, mild grassy hops and a sweaty yeast with a note of citrus (lemon) and a touch of honey.
The taste was a tad sweet and a bit grainy with hints of honey and citrus pretty much throughout, with the finish having a strong yeast presence and a light hoppiness towards the end. The flavor lasted an average time following the swallow with a citrusy and slightly bitter yeast taste left behind.
Mouthfeel was a step or two beyond light in body and watery in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall this was a pretty basic Wheat Beer that had a good flavor and a really good drinkability, most definitely would make a great summer BBQ session beer...
