The pour was a cloudy pale orange with a large (2-3 finger) white fluffy head that lasted throughout, reducing to a large cap with awesome sticky foamy lacing.
The aroma was of bread and grain malts, floral and herbal hops and a funky Belgian yeast with notes of citrus (lemon and grapefruit), coriander and a mild fruity ester (pineapple and green apple).
The taste was rather crisp and quite yeasty with a hint of citrus along with a mild fruitiness early on, and then became decently hoppy with a bitter citrus peel presence and a slightly spicy grapefruit finish. The flavor lingered at the back of the throat for quite a long time, leaving behind a mild spicy hoppy taste.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a prickly carbonation.
Overall I found this to be a crisp refreshing brew, which offered a nice balance of fruit and hops and also possessed a bold bitter finish and a smooth drinkability...
