The pour was a murky golden yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white fluffy head that slowly receded, down to a thin film and a small collar with good runny lacing.
The aroma was slightly mild of a straw malt and a musty Brett yeast with notes of citrus (orange and lemon), coriander and a light tartness.
The taste was mildly sweet with a hint of orange at first, but quickly became extremely yeasty and somewhat tart with a spicy citrusy lemon finish. The flavor hung on for a good long time following the swallow, with a tart citrusy taste left lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was just below the halfway point between light and medium in body with a dry, watery texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall this was a superb Witbier! Very satisfyingly, refreshing, tasty and easy to drink, I have to say this brewer never seems to disappoint...
