The pour was a clear pale golden yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white fluffy head that was mostly diminishing, down to a light scattered film and small collar with fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was moderately heavy of a grain malt, a hint of floral and perfume hops and a light moldy yeast with a note of citrus (lemon).
The taste was a light malty sweet with a hint of citrus in the beginning, and then became mildly hoppy with a decent grainy feel and a crisp bitter finish. The flavor lasted a long time following the swallow, with a light grainy bitterness lingering on for just a while longer.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery yet mildly dry texture and an almost lively carbonation.
Overall this was a decent representation of this style. It was crisp, clean and slightly hoppy, which made it a very easy and smooth drinking brew...
