The pour was a hazy golden yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head that steadily receded, down to a thin wispy film with a small collar and possessed fair streaky lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, floral hops and a sweaty yeast with a note of citrus (lemon) and just a bit of spice (coriander I believe).
The taste was lightly sweet and citrusy throughout, progressing with a mild yeast presence and a lightly bitter spicy ending. The flavor however was short lived, fading from the taste buds in a matter of a minute or so, leaving behind mildly spicy bitterness which did not last much longer.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a creamy, dry texture and a carbonation that just surpassed medium in intensity.
Overall this was a decent Wheat Ale, tasty and refreshing with a lightly bitter aftertaste. Although I feel it could have had a stronger yeast presence to round it out…
