The pour was a clear honey yellow with a small (less than 1 finger) white foamy head that diminished in under 30 seconds, down to a wispy film with a small collar and poor lacing.
The aroma was of light grain malts, grassy hops and a light earthy yeast with a mild fruity ester, a light citrus presence (lemon) and a slight hint of an adjunct (corn I believe).
The taste was reminiscent of the aroma with a decent maltiness and a light fruity sweetness from the start, progressing slightly with a lightly bitter adjunct taste towards the finish. The flavor lasted an average duration after the swallow, with a lightly bitter Lager taste fading quickly off the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery yet mildly dry texture and a fizzy carbonation.
Overall this was like drinking any typical American lager. It most definitely was nothing special, but was still drinkable never the less...
