The pour was a lightly cloudy straw yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white fizzy head that was totally gone in a matter of seconds, leaving nothing behind as far as lacing.
The aroma was somewhat light with a grain malt and an earthy cobweb yeast and just a hint of peach and a light cardboard odor.
The taste was sweetly tart right off and was present throughout, with a decent peach flavor creeping in creating a tart peach taste for the finish. The flavor lasted an average time following the swallow, with the tart fruity taste fading off the taste buds rather quickly.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery yet lightly dry texture and a mildly ticklish carbonation.
Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this brew, which was slightly more intense than the aroma suggested. I could see myself sippin’ on a couple of these, as I found it to be lightly refreshing and mildly tasty...
