The pour was a clear golden yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white frothy head that quickly diminished, down to a light wispy film and small collar with fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was very mild with a light biscuit malt, some grassy hops and a dusty yeast with hints of caramel, adjuncts (corn I believe) and a slight grainy appeal.
The taste was lightly malty with a touch of caramel early on, and then became mildly bitter and grainy with a mild adjunct finish. The flavor lasted only a short while proceeding the swallow, with a slightly bitter grainy taste left behind.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall I found this brew to be just OK, it was refreshing but really did not have a lot of flavor. This is a good brew when doing yard work on a hot Summers day when you're looking for something more than just to quench your thirst...
