Poured a murky yellow with an average sized white creamy head that was mostly lasting and had excellent lacing. The aroma was very strong of a doughy yeast and citrus hops with notes of wheat and banana’s. It tasted exquisite of nice sweet yeast and malts at first and ended with this intense creamy yeast flavor with hints of fruit with the flavor staying on the palate for a nice while. Mouthfeel was extra creamy in texture and light to medium in body with a very mild carbonation. Overall one of the best Hefeweizen’s I have sampled so far.
