Poured a redish/brown with a small light tan creamy head that was mostly diminishing and had good lacing. The aroma was of roasted caramel malts, a sweet leathery yeast, mild resin hops with notes of coffee. It tasted mildly sweet, smooth and malty at first and finished about the same except for a nice dose of coffee at the end with the flavor lingering a nice long time. Mouthfeel was medium in body and oily in texture with a flat carbonation. Overall a VERY tasty bitter.
