Poured a murky cranberry-red with an average sized fizzy pink head that was fully diminishing and had good lacing.The aroma was overwhelming with the scent of raspberries with mild notes of a sweet yeast. It tasted sweet and very much so raspberry in the beginning and ended about the same with a slight tartness and mildly acidy at the finish. Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and dry in texture with a lively carbonation. Overall a very tasty Lambic.
