Poured a straw like yellow with a very small white fizzy head that disappeared in a matter of seconds and had no lacing. The aroma was overwhelming with a strong scent of vinegar and a mild green apple. It tasted sweet and acetic with a stong vinegar presence from start to finish and had a slight apple flavor at the end. Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a fizzy carbonation. Overall NOT GOOD at all. I normally don’t drink Cider. Although I thought being made by Samuel Smith’s it might be good, guess I was wrong.
