Poured a medium yellowish-amber almost strawlike in color with a large bellowing creamy white head that was mostly lasting and had excellent lacing. The aroma was strong of caramel malts, flowery hops and an earthy yeast with notes of banana, pears and a mild alcohol tinge. It tasted lightly sweet with hints of banana and pears at first then became slightly bitter with a strong yeast presence and a slight warming sensation after the swallow. Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and extremely creamy in texture with a very soft carbonation. Overall a mild tasting belgian ale that is very appealing and quite easy to drink, considering the high alcohol content that you never taste.
