The pour was a murky medium yellow with an average size (1-2 finger) white creamy head that was mostly diminishing and had fair lacing.
The aroma was that of a typical Hefe Weizen, a straw like malt and a cobweb scented yeast with notes of citrus, clove and banana.
It tasted very mild with a bit of wheat and a hint of citrus in the beginning and finished quite yeasty with a note of spice at the end. The flavor was nice but short lived.
Mouthfeel was light in body and creamy in texture with a lively carbonation.
Overall a good Weiss Bier, but nothing really stands out from the typical Hefe Weizen.
