The pour was a light to medium cloudy brownish amber with a large (2-3 finger) off white frothy head that was fully diminishing and left very little lacing.
The aroma was of a light biscuit malt, a mild floral hop and a doughy yeast with notes of banana and caramel.
The taste was a malty bitter sweet with a note of caramel early on then had a nice mild bitter hoppy flavor with a touch of fruitiness at the end with the flavor only sticking around for a short while.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a slight metallic feel, watery yet a little dry in texture with a prickly carbonation.
Overall a nice crisp and refreshing beer that had a nice mild hop finish, which just enhanced the drinkability of this brew.
