The pour was a cloudy medium orange with a brownish hue and had an average sized (1-2 finger) white fizzy head that was gone in a matter of seconds and had virtually no lacing to speak of.
The aroma was light to say the least of a light bread malt and a mild doughy yeast with hints of nutmeg, pumpkin and a little allspice.
It tasted extremely lightly sweet with a small presence of nutmeg and cinnamon at first then had a mild touch of pumpkin show up and became a little acetic (vinegary) at the end with the flavor only sticking around for a very short while.
Mouthfeel was very light in body and watery in texture with a fizzy carbonation.
Overall a Pumpkin Ale that was super light in flavor, even so you could taste the pumpkin and spices. But it did have a mild vinegar presence at the finish which was unusual for this type of beer. I was also surprised to see it come in a twist off bottle.
