The pour was a clear medium brown with a large (2-3 finger) foamy head that was mostly diminishing and had fair lacing.
The aroma was light of roasted cereal malts and a lightly sweet leathery yeast with hints of milk chocolate, coffee and a touch of molasses.
The taste was mildly sweet with just a hint of chocolate and a pinch of molasses from the onset and finished with a slightly bitter chocolate-coffee flavor that lasted an average amount of time after the swallow.
Mouthfeel was somewhere between light and medium in body and a bit watery in texture with a mild carbonation.
Overall a mild tasting and well balanced Brown Ale that possessed an excellent drinkability.
