The pour was a cloudy medium golden amber with an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that had good retention and left behind some spotty residue that produced some nice sketchy lacing.
The aroma was a little on the weak side with some citrus and floral hops, grain and straw malts and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel, toffee, orange and grapefruit.
The taste was lightly sweet and a tad acidic with a hint of caramel and maybe some orange from the onset but quickly became very hoppy and bitter with a strong crisp citrus finish. The flavor only lasted a short while after the swallow and the taste mostly consisted of a hopped up grapefruit.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery yet dry in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall a nice light refreshing Pale Ale with a big dose of citrus. Most definitely could/would drink a few of these.
