The pour was a light clear amber with an average sized (1-2 finger) frothy white head that had really nice retention which produced some excellent sticky lacing.
The aroma was moderately heavy of a floral hop, a grain malt and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit).
The taste was lightly bitter with a hint of caramel early on, then a nice hoppy bitterness took hold with a nice fruity citrus taste at the end. The flavor lasted only a short time in which the taste of grapefruit and hops took hold of the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall a very nice hoppy brew that goes down nice and easy, leaving one with the nice taste of citrus at the end.
