The pour was a hazy medium honey orange with a large (2-3 finger) white rocky head that diminished slightly, but lasted throughout and had some really good sticky lacing.
The aroma was a bit funky with floral and grassy hops, a grain malt and a sweaty yeast with notes of citrus, apricot, pineapple, a bit of banana and a mild sourness.
The taste was malty sweet and fruity with hints of apricot and banana at first and mildly hoppy with a slight funk and sourness towards the finish with some nice citrus notes at the end. The flavor lingered for a nice long while after the swallow allowing for the fruity hoppy flavor to take hold.
Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and a little dry in texture with a somewhat medium carbonation.
Overall a uniquely flavorful brew that had fruit, hops and a sour funk taste all blending together, creating a wonderful drinking experience.
