The pour was a sparkling clear golden copper with an average sized (1-2 finger) off white creamy head that reduced to a thin film and a small ring creating some fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was very mild of a light toasted malt, a mild herbal hop and a sweaty yeast with notes of caramel, vanilla, a mild fruit presence and a hint of oak.
The taste was extremely malty with a strong note of caramel from start to finish with a pronounced vanilla and oak presence at the end. The flavor lasted an average amount of time after the swallow with the nice malty creamy taste left to linger.
Mouthfeel was some where between light and medium in body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation.
Overall a very pleasurable brew to drink, reminds me a lot of a really good Cream Ale...
