The pour was a hazy golden orange with a small (less than 1 finger) white creamy head that was mostly diminishing leaving a small collar of foam which allowed for some fair lacing.
The aroma was of straw malts, floral hops and an earthy yeast with notes of citrus (lemon) and a bit of honey.
The taste was mildly malty sweet with a hint of lemon and honey pretty much throughout with the end being rather yeasty and having a nice wheat citrus taste. The flavor lasted an average amount of time proceeding the swallow with the taste of citrus being most dominant.
Mouthfeel was just above light in body and a little watery in texture with a fizzy carbonation.
Overall a great spring/summer brew, one with a nice citrus wheat taste that is very refreshing, especially on a hot day...
