The pour was a sparkling clear medium yellow with a slight orange hue and an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that lasted for a good while leaving behind a thick foamy cap which produced some fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was mild to say the least of a mild hay like malt, an herbal hop and a light moldy yeast with notes of caramel, toffee and a bit of citrus.
The taste was mildly sweet and acidic with a note of caramel at first and then became mildly hoppy with notes of toffee and citrus at the end. The flavor lasted an average duration, with a hoppy citrus taste left behind to linger for just a little while longer.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a dry, watery texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall an average tasting IPA, a bit hoppy but nothing to overbearing...
