The pour was a cloudy medium yellow with a huge (3-4 finger) white fluffy head that was mostly lasting, reducing to a thick cap of foam and had very good sticky lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt and a sweaty soapy yeast with notes of citrus (lemon and orange) and a bit of coriander.
The taste was very mildly sweet, a bit acidic and had a light grain taste with a nice note of citrus at first and finished with a very mild bitter acidic taste with notes of wheat/yeast and coriander at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a spicy wheat taste fading slowly.
Mouthfeel was light in body and a little watery in texture with a nice prickly carbonation.
Overall a very good Witbier that had all the basic elements and a bit of spice making it a very drinkable and enjoyable brew...
