The pour was a clear medium golden amber with some yellow highlights and a large off white rocky head that lasted throughout and had excellent sticky lacing.
The aroma was of straw malts, floral and pine hops and a earthy moldy yeast and had hints of citrus (grapefruit) and honey.
The taste was a nice bitter sweet with a mild hint of honey early on, but quickly became extremely hoppy and heavily bitter with an extra large dose of citrus at the end. The flavor stuck around for a very long time with the hoppy flavor left to linger for an good long time.
Mouthfeel was just beyond light on body and had an extra dry texture with a nice strong lively carbonation.
