The pour was a murky golden yellow with an average sized (1-2 finger) creamy white head that was mostly lasting, reducing to a thin cap and small collar which created some good spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt and a horse blanket yeast with notes of honey, citrus (orange peel) and a bit of clove.
The taste was moderately yeasty and mildly sweet with a note of honey right off and then had a strong funky wheat presence with hints of citrus and clove towards the end. The flavor lingered for a very long while with a nice spicy wheat ending.
Mouthfeel was a few steps above light in body and creamy in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall a nice mildly sweet and yeasty brew with a good balance of flavor...
