The pour was a medium cloudy yellow with a large (2-3 finger) fluffy white head that reduced slightly to a large cap of foam that lasted throughout thus producing some excellent sheeting of lacing.
The aroma was mild to say the least of a grain malt and a grassy hop with mild hints of caramel and citrus (grapefruit and orange peel).
The taste was mildly bitter with a light malty feel and a small note of caramel at first and then became nice and hoppy with a good strong bitter citrus finish. The flavor lasted a nice long time proceeding the swallow, with a good strong hoppy taste left lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a lively carbonation.
Overall an extremely hoppy brew with a very nice bitter citrus presence...
