The pour was a light clear yellow with a huge (3-4 finger) white frothy head that was mostly lasting with a little fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was a tad funky with a straw like malt, a grassy hop and a soapy yeast and had a mild note of citrus (lemon).
The taste was a lot like the aroma with a grainy feel and a bit acidic at first and finished lightly bitter with just a mild hint of citrus at the end. The flavor was short lived, very mild and faded fast.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a decent carbonation.
Overall a light funky tasting brew that would fit it rather nicely on a hot summer’s day...
