The pour was a mildly cloudy medium yellow with an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that had good longevity and some light spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a grain malt, floral hops and a moldy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit).
The taste was bitter from the start with a mild sweet caramel tinge, and then became very hoppy with a big note of citrus towards the end. The flavor hung around for an average duration with a healthy hoppy citrus finish.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a lively carbonation.
Overall a nice hoppy Pale Ale with a great drinkability, this is a brew that goes down nice, smooth and easy.
