The pour was a medium amber with a brownish hue and an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that lasted a good while, slowly reducing to a thin cap and small collar with some good sheets of streaky lace.
The aroma was of a floral hop, a grain malt and a mild earthy yeast with notes of citrus (grapefruit and orange peel) and a mild apricot sweetness.
The taste was mildly bitter with a hint of orange from the start then progressed into a much bitterer hoppy flavor with a good citrusy grapefruit taste at the end. The flavor lasted a decent duration being mostly of a bitter citrus taste.
Mouthfeel was just beyond light in body with a mildly dry texture and a moderate carbonation.
Overall a fantastic Mild Ale with a really nice hoppy feel to it...
