The pour was a clear medium amber with an average sized (1-2 finger) off-white fluffy head that reduced to a few puddles and a medium collar of residue, producing some excellent sheets of lacing.
The aroma was kind of light with a grain malt, floral hops and a mild earthy yeast and had notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit).
The taste was lightly bittersweet with a mild caramel note at first, then became intensely hoppy and quite bitter with a nice hint of citrus towards the end. The flavor lasted an average duration with the nice bitter hoppy taste left to linger.
Mouthfeel was a bit beyond light in body with a dry oily texture and a almost prickly carbonation.
Overall an impressive Pale Ale that had more of a hoppy flavor than I expected...
