The pour was a Carmel brown with a large (2-3 finger) light tan rocky head that quickly receded to a thin spotty film and a very small collar with some very light spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a toasted biscuit malt, a very mild resin hop and a doughy yeast with notes of caramel, a light cocoa and a mild nuttiness.
The taste was lightly malty sweet with a mild hint of a caramel sweetness at first and then had a light bitter presence with a hint of cocoa and a mild nutty feel towards the end. The flavor was around for a little while and was of a mildly bitter caramel taste.
Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and watery in texture with a moderate carbonation.
Overall a pretty basic beer, which was actually quite drinkable but nothing special...
