The pour was a hazy golden dark amber with an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that reduced to a thin film with a medium collar allowing for some good spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a straw malt, a floral hop and an earthy yeast with notes of caramel, citrus (grapefruit) and a bit of honey.
The taste was a mild malty sweet with a note of caramel from the start and finished mildly bitter with a very light sweetness and had notes of honey and citrus towards the end. The flavor lasted an average duration after the swallow with a nice mild bitter citrus ending.
Mouthfeel was a few steps above light in body with a semi-dry texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall a very well put together Pale Ale, just the right amount of bitter and sweet making it a very enjoyable and drinkable brew...
