The pour was a hazy medium orange amber with a small (1 finger or less) white fizzy head that was totally diminishing in a matter of seconds and basically had no lacing to speak of.
The aroma was very strong with the scent of apricots, along with a mild grain malt and a large dose of a sweet doughy yeast and not much else.
The taste was lightly sweet and very yeasty with a big fruity apricot note throughout with the finish being somewhat tart and big on wheat flavor. The flavor lasted an average amount of time after the swallow with a fruity tart wheat flavor left to lying on the taste buds for a little while.
Mouthfeel was just above light in body and somewhat watery in texture with a fizzy carbonation.
Overall a decent fruity brew with a nice wheat feel, a great beer for those days relaxing on the deck in the summer...
