The pour was a hazy dark yellow with some light brown undertones and a large (2-3 finger) white rocky head that reduced down to a small cap of foam, which produced some excellent streaky lacing.
The aroma was of a light bread malt, a mild citrus hop and a sweaty yeast with notes of honey, citrus (lemon), wheat, a hint of spice and a mild floral scent.
The taste had a lightly sweet wheat flavor with notes of honey and coriander early on and then flavor progressed into a much larger yeast taste with a hint of citrus, a touch of spiciness and a slight floral presence at the end. The flavor lasted and average duration after the swallow with a citrusy, yeasty, mildly spicy taste left to linger.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a good strong lively carbonation.
Overall a very tasty and refreshing yeasty brew that had a touch of spiciness and a nice floral twist, in fact this is what makes this beer different over other Hefeweizens...
