The pour was a clear light amber with a large (2-3 finger) white rocky head that diminished rapidly, down to a small collar with fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was all about the apricots with a light grain malt and a sweet yeast and had a mild note of peach and a hint of berry.
The taste was sweet and just a tad acidic with a large apricot presence throughout with the finish having a slight sweet berry undertone. The flavor lasted a very short duration proceeding the swallow with a sweet watery ending.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall a Wheat Beer with hardly any wheat flavor, in fact the apricot flavor was so engulfing that basically that was all you tasted...
