The pour was a hazy tangerine orange with a huge (3-4 finger) white fluffy head that mostly diminished, down to a few fluffy puddles with a large collar and excellent sticky lacing.
The aroma was of a musty Belgian Brett yeast, floral and grass hops and some light grain malts with notes of apple, banana, citrus (lemon and orange) and a hint of honey.
The taste was mildly sweet and a bit acidic with a hints of apple, banana and a touch of honey early on, becoming slightly yeasty with a nice hoppiness and had a mild sour citrus taste towards the end. The flavor stuck around for a nice long while, being mostly of a sour citrus taste with a nice hoppy finish that lingered for a good duration on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with an almost ticklish carbonation.
Overall a very unique tasting Saison, one that has the hops and yeast working very well along with the mild sourness, making this brew and very enjoyable drinking experience...
