The pour was a clear pale yellow with an average sized (1-2 finger) white fizzy head that diminished rapidly, down to a sparse film with a very small collar and some poor spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, a mild grassy hop and a soapy yeast with a strong adjunct odor (rice and grain).
The taste was lightly acidic and had a light mild sweetness throughout with an ever so light bitterness at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a mild grainy Lager taste left to linger for a short time longer.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a solid medium carbonation.
Overall a pretty basic tasting Lager, that is nice and low in alcohol and light enough not to fill you up. In other words, a great session beer that would be a good addition to a hot days beer selection...
