The pour was a hazy golden yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white frothy head that receded at a steady pace down to a thin film with a medium collar and had some fair spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a straw malt and a moldy yeast with notes of wheat, lemon grass, a hint of candi sugar and a mild spiciness.
The taste was lightly sweet with a hint of candi sugar at first and then became rather yeasty with a touch of lemon grass and a bit of spice towards the finish. The flavor lasted only a short while being mostly of a citrusy wheat taste.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a nice mild carbonation.
Overall a light refreshing brew with a good sweet citrus presence, which matched well with the yeasty wheat flavor...
