The pour was a clear pale yellow with a huge (3-4 finger) white frothy head that was fully diminishing and had poor spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a mild grain malt and a soapy yeast with a hint of citrus (lemon).
The taste was very mild and had a light hint of citrus from the start with a mild funky yeast settling in towards the end. The flavor was short lived and very light after the swallow.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a mild carbonation.
Overall a very light Wheat beer, that I feel fell just a tad short. Although, the low ABV and easy drinkability make it a decent session brew...
