The pour was a clear golden orange with a small (less than 1 finger) white fizzy head that fully dissipated in seconds, and pretty much had no lacing at all.
The aroma was super light of a light bread malt, pine and citrus hops and a mild soapy yeast and had hints of citrus (orange and grapefruit) and caramel.
The taste was mild like the aroma, with a slight bitterness and a touch of caramel throughout and had a light citrus peel finish. The flavor was only around for a short time following the swallow, and was crisp and refreshing although it faded rather quickly.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a slightly dry texture and a mild carbonation.
Overall a this was a somewhat light Pale Ale, which did have a decent taste and a nice crispness along with a really good drinkability. This is a great brew for those really hot summer nights…
