The pour was a clear medium amber with an average (1-2 finger) off white rocky head that lasted for a short while, reducing to a few puddles and large collar which produced good sticky lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, floral hops and a light soapy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (orange).
The taste was lightly sweet with a big caramel presence, which lasted throughout. And then had a decent hoppy citrus peel bitterness which increased slightly towards the end. The flavor hung around for a decent time after the swallow with the mild bitterness fading slowly into the background, which allowed the slight sweetness to blend well with the hops.
Mouthfeel was a little past light in body and mildly dry in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall a nice light, not overly hoppy IPA, with an awesome drinkability...
