The pour was a cloudy medium yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white pillowy head that had great retention and excellent sheets of lacing.
The aroma was of a light hay malt and a skunky yeast with notes of citrus (orange), lemon grass and a bit of coriander.
The taste was light with a strong wheat presence and a touch of lemon grass throughout, with a light note of citrus and a mild spiciness towards the finish. The flavor lasted only a short while with a nice citrus yeasty taste left to linger on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a solid medium carbonation.
Overall this brew was a pretty basic Witbier. Tasty, refreshing and easy to drink, most definitely worth having a few...
