The pour was a hazy caramel brown with a small (1 finger or less) light brown frothy head that diminished down to a thin cap with good spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a sweet light bread malt, floral hops and a light soapy yeast with notes of caramel, citrus (orange) and a light fruity ester.
The taste was a malty bitter-sweet and had a touch of caramel throughout, with a light fruity hoppiness and a smidgen of citrus at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a slightly fruity citrus peel bitterness left behind.
Mouthfeel was just beyond light in body and dry in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall a pretty decent Pale Ale with a slight fruity appeal and a mildly bitter hoppiness...
