The pour was a hazy medium yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head that was mostly diminishing, down to a thin film and small collar with excellent sheets of lacing.
The aroma was rather mild of a light grain malt and a mild sweaty yeast with notes of citrus (lemon), banana, bubble gum and a bit of clove.
The taste was a light malty sweet with a dash of citrus at first, becoming very yeasty with a slight fruity ester and a mild spicy ending. The flavor was kind of short in duration with a light citrusy yeast taste fading away into the background.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery, creamy texture and a soft carbonation.
Overall this was a pretty typical Hefeweizen that had a good light fruity taste, a mild ABV and a great drinkability, which most definitely makes this a great summer session brew...
