The pour was a hazy medium yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head that steadily diminished down to a thin film with a small collar, producing excellent sheets of lacing.

The aroma a was of a grain malt, mild herbal hops and a musty Belgian yeast with notes of citrus (lemon), banana, clove and a slight fruity ester (maybe green apple).

The taste was a boldly yeasty with a mild grainy feel and a light fruity presence early on, and slowly became mildly bitter with a touch of citrus, a hint of banana and a light spicy ending. The flavor had a great longevity, with a nice yeasty taste that was left lingering while you got this slight spicy bite right to the back of the throat.

Mouthfeel was a bit beyond light in body with a dry, watery texture and a medium carbonation.

Overall another tasty beer from this brewer, although pretty average for the style it still possessed tons of flavor and without a high ABV. Yes, I think I could enjoy a few of these...
