The pour was a murky golden yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white rocky head that lasted throughout, reducing slightly to a small cap with excellent sheets of lacing.
The aroma was of a light biscuit malt, light citrus hops and a sweaty yeasty with notes of banana, green apple, citrus (lemon), clove and a touch of honey.
The taste was lightly sweet and very mildly malty with a hint of citrus that lasted throughout, and finished with a spicy yeast taste and had just a bit of banana at the end. The flavor stuck around for an average duration following the swallow, with a refreshing spicy citrus taste left lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was right between light and medium in body with a dry, creamy texture and a soft carbonation.
Overall this was a very tasty and refreshing brew that had a great spicy banana ending and an awesome drinkability...
